If you're heading to the Grand Canyon this year for its 100th Birthday Celebration... Come stay with us! The Historic Yellow House is even OLDER than Grand Canyon National Park. (though obviously not older than the canyon itself!)
This beautiful historic home was originally built in 1893 and was completely restored and remodeled in 2013. All conveniences are modern, all charm is historic. Two king beds, one queen and one twin accommodate groups nicely. Bright, modern kitchen and laundry facility included. Large yard, grill and patios invite relaxing with family and friends. Beautiful gardens in the summer, a blanket of snow in the winter. Location allows you to WALK almost everywhere. History buffs will enjoy photos and artifacts on display in the home. Stay in one of Williams' most iconic homes, which has been featured in Flagstaff Mountain Living Magazine, This Old House.com and The Williams News, as well as The AZ Daily Sun. Most recently, our home was featured on the Midday Arizona Show, with Destry Jetton! The Historic Yellow House is the proud recipient of a 2015 Governor's Historic Preservation Honor Award, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. MAXIMUM occupancy is 8.
In 2018 The National Wildlife Federation certified The Historic Yellow House grounds as a Wildlife Habitat!
